New Chicago Homes For Sale - Phase 1

Phase 1 includes 414 total units, consisting of 233 for-sale homes, 74 of which are designated as affordable for-sale units, as well as 181 rental units. Delivery of these homes is scheduled from January through September of 2006.

Phase 1 consists of three-flat, six-flat, condo buildings, mid-rise condo apartment buildings and townhomes. Two- and three-bedroom condos and three-bedroom townhomes are still for sale.
