New Chicago Homes - Phase 2

Phase 2 includes approximately 440 total units, consisting of 255 for-sale homes, 75 of which are designated as affordable for-sale units, as well as 185 rental units. Delivery of these homes is scheduled to begin in 2009.

Phase 2 consists of Single Family Homes, Chicago townhomes, six- & twelve-flat condo buildings and elevator buildings. One-, two- and three-bedroom condos, two-and three-bedroom townhomes and three-bedroom single family homes are on sale now.
